Constructing Wishes: The Three Little Pigs and Their Homes
Once upon a time, there were three little pigs who decided to create their own abodes. The first critter was in a hurry and just constructed a house of grass. It looked pretty simple, but it wouldn't last long.
The second creature worked a little better and made a residence of branches. This one was a bit sturdy, but it still wouldn't stand up to the terrifying predator.
The third pig took his time and thoughtfully constructed a dwelling of stone. This was a very solid house, and the animal couldn't breach it at all.
The wise little swine had learned that taking the time to do things well was always the safest way to go.

The Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf
Once upon a occasion, there were three little swine. They decided to leave their mother's home and construct houses of their own. The first pig was rather sloppy and built his house out of hay. The second pig was a touch more diligent and built his house out of branches. The third pig, however, was very perceptive and took the time to build his house out of strong, sturdy stone.
One day, a grumpy wolf came along who was eager for a meal. He found the first pig's house of reeds and asked to come inside. The little pig, of course, refused. The wolf then blew down the house with a single puff of air!
The first pig scampered to his brother's house of sticks for safety. The wolf followed, and once again pleaded to come inside. The two little pigs didn't budge, but the wolf huffed down the house of wood with just a few breaths! The two pigs then fled to their brother's house of stone.
The wolf, now enraged, tried his best to blow down the sturdy house of mortar, but he just couldn't manage. He struggled and puffed, but the house remained.
Finally, the wolf decided that he couldn't blow down the house. {Hescrambled up the stack hoping to surprise the pigs. But the clever third pig had already placed a pot of steaming stew at the top of the chimney. The wolf fell into the pot and yelled, then fled as fast as he could. The three little pigs were safe at last!
They lived happily ever after in their sturdy house of mortar.
